  • House Buyers USA is different from others in our industry.  We offer a comprehensive service to people wanting to buy U.S. real estate.  Our Members are assisted by our Management Team through our '7 Steps to Owning U.S. Real Estate'.  Your first step is to become a Member, our Service Fee is $2950 USD and is payable online by credit card.  This includes our assistance to get you set up and to help you find and buy your first property from our inventory.  Our Members receive early notice of the latest hot properties before they're advertised on the site.  Members have access to Realtors, Attorneys, Accountants, Insurance Agents, Property Managers and more. We're giving you everyone you need to grow a portfolio of homes in the USA.  After your first property purchase our Service Fee is $2950 USD per property you buy.

  • If you require, we arrange a company to be setup through which you will own real estate in the USA.  Your company's ownership of your real estate limits your personal liability.  We provide an attorney in the U.S. who can discuss this with you and will arrange everything required for your company's operations in the U.S. for $1000 USD.

  • We recommend you deposit $1000 USD EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) per property you wish to buy into a U.S. Escrow (Trust) Account or your company account.  This enables us to act fast on your behalf as properties with these returns don't last long.

  • You submit your Earnest Money with your offer, this is why we recommend having the funds available in the Escrow (Trust) Account or your company account.  We need to be able to move fast for you.

  • Once your offer is accepted you have a 10 day grace period to do inspections and a 15 day grace period to organise your loan (if needed).  If you're buying a home in foreclosure you'll receive a full report which will include (1) A firm quote for the refurbishment as per Section 8 requirements, (2) An estimate of your rental return, (3) Information on any requirements or any other expected costs.

  • If you choose not to proceed your deposit is transferred back without penalty (if offer is withdrawn during the grace periods) to the U.S. Escrow Account or your company account - ready for the next property.

  • When you proceed with the purchase the Settlement takes place and the following occurs.  If you purchased a foreclosure property (1) Your house is refurbished as per section 8 requirements, (2) A pre-screened, pre-approved tenant will be selected and will move in, (3) Start enjoying positive cashflow from your property and plan for the next one!  If you purchased a pre-rented property then you receive your first rent payment at Settlement.  You are now making money and can plan for the next one!
