Two Buying Options

1.  Assistance purchasing foreclosed houses from the banks.
We can arrange everything for you.  These houses are usually vacant at time of purchase and most require refurbishing (costs to refurbish are provided to you).  Once refurbished to Section 8 Housings standard, a pre-screened, pre-approved tenant moves in.
This purchasing approach presents to you far more options in terms of the number of houses available to choose from and this means more negotiating power.
2.  Assistance purchasing house already Refurbished and Rented.
Quick& Easy.  These homes are Ready to Buy.  These houses have already been refurbished and have tenants living in them on 12 month leases.
This is a no hassle approach which provides rental income straight away and a set purchase price but there is only limited stock available at any one time.

We have properties across the USA available for you to buy.  We also offer our own properties for sale, often below market value too.  Most of these properties are positive cashflow so you receive money back at settlement.
